2. Scope
This Policy applies when you:
- create or use a Verity account;
- browse, search, save, review, message, or purchase through the Platform;
- apply to become a Vendor or operate a Store;
- contact support, submit a dispute, or interact with our operational teams;

- delivery details such as recipient name, contact number, province, district, city, ward, street, landmark, delivery notes, and optional location details;
- transaction details such as payment method, order references, delivery instructions, support requests, and refund details;
- reviews, ratings, photos, videos, messages, and other Content you submit;
- support materials such as screenshots, complaint details, communication history, and evidence you provide in disputes;
- Vendor onboarding details such as legal name, business registration details, PAN or VAT details, bank details, identity details, Store profile information, and supporting documents.
4.2 Information collected automatically
We may automatically collect:
- device, browser, app, operating system, and session information;
- IP address, network information, login events, and security signals;
- search and discovery activity such as search terms, search session identifiers, filters, sort choices, result interactions, and category browsing;
- wishlist activity, recently viewed products, cart activity, and browsing interactions;
- order, shipment, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, and dispute records;
- push-notification tokens and delivery status if notifications are enabled;
- policy acceptance records including version, acceptance time, platform, app version, IP address, and user-agent information;
- diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and operational logs.
4.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from:
- Google or Apple when you use those sign-in methods;
- payment providers such as eSewa;
- courier, logistics, and serviceability partners;
- SMS, cloud-storage, search, notification, and infrastructure providers;
- Vendors, when needed to investigate an Order, support issue, or dispute;
- legal or regulatory authorities where required by law.
5. How We Use Personal Information
We use Personal Information to:
- create, authenticate, secure, and manage accounts;
- process Orders, payments, settlements, returns, refunds, and support requests;
- coordinate shipping, logistics, and delivery communications;
- verify Vendors, prevent fraud, and enforce marketplace standards;
- personalize search, recommendations, discovery, and user experience;
- operate reviews, messaging, notifications, and safety systems;
- investigate abuse, policy violations, intellectual-property complaints, and security incidents;
- maintain records of consent, policy acceptance, enforcement, and compliance actions;

When you place an Order or request support involving a Vendor, we may share the information reasonably needed for fulfillment and service, such as:

- delivery address;
- phone number;
- order contents and delivery notes;

Vendors may use this information only for legitimate Order-related purposes and not for unrelated marketing, spam, or off-platform solicitation unless they have a separate lawful basis and any required consent.
7.2 With service providers

- search infrastructure;
- messaging and notifications;
- SMS delivery;
- payments and payout support;
- logistics and courier workflows;

12. Account Deletion
