Verity Studio

Account deletion

This page explains how users can request customer-account or vendor-account deletion in Verity and what happens to related data afterward.

Customer app deletion

  1. Sign in to your Verity customer account.
  2. Open `Profile` and go to `Personal Info`.
  3. Select `Delete Account`.
  4. Choose a reason and submit the deletion request.
  5. Confirm the request with your password, or if your account uses another sign-in method, with the verification flow shown in the app.

Vendor app deletion

  1. Sign in to your Verity vendor account.
  2. Open `Settings` from the vendor app.
  3. Select `Delete Account` or `Delete Vendor Access`.
  4. Choose a reason and submit the deletion request.
  5. Confirm the request with your current password.

Before deletion

  • Active orders must be completed before the account can be deleted.
  • Customer accounts may require confirmation if wallet balance remains before deletion continues.
  • Vendor accounts may require pending returns, disputes, or payout issues to be resolved before deletion can proceed.
  • If your profile has both customer and vendor access, the app may show deletion of one access type instead of the full account.

Need help?

If you cannot access the customer app, contact support@veritystudio.style. If you need help with vendor-account deletion, contact vendor@veritystudio.style.

Data deleted after account deletion

  • Profile information tied to the deleted access type is removed, deactivated, or anonymized as part of the deletion flow.
  • Associated app data such as customer-facing profile data, store-facing configuration data, and active session access is removed where applicable.
  • Access to the deleted customer or vendor account state is removed after the request is accepted.

Data that may be retained

  • Order, payment, refund, and settlement records may be retained for accounting, audit, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
  • Support, dispute, abuse-prevention, and security records may be retained where needed to investigate issues or enforce platform policies.
  • Backups and certain operational logs may persist for a limited period before they are deleted or rolled off.

Retention varies by legal, operational, and security requirements. See the Verity Studio Privacy Policy for the current public policy language.
